As a UX Design Engineer (Human Factors / Ergonomics), you will apply human factors, ergonomics, and engineering design capabilities to improve cab layout and physical human-machine interaction for construction machinery. This role focuses on translating operator behavior, real-world working conditions, and usability insights into practical engineering solutions. You will use systematic analysis, design validation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operator comfort, safety, efficiency, and product competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Apply human factors and ergonomics principles to design construction machinery cab layouts and physical human-machine interaction solutions
  运用人机工程及人体工学原理，设计工程机械驾驶室布局及物理人机交互方案
• Analyze operator behavior, working scenarios, and field conditions to define clear ergonomic and usability requirements
  分析操作员行为、作业场景及现场工况，定义清晰的人机工程及可用性需求
• Translate user needs and human factors requirements into engineering specifications and implementable design solutions
  将用户需求及人机工程要求转化为工程设计规范及可实施方案
• Optimize control layouts, seating systems, visibility, and physical interfaces to improve operator comfort, safety, and efficiency
  优化操控布局、座椅系统、驾驶员视野及物理交互界面，提升操作舒适性、安全性及效率
• Use 3D modeling, mock-ups, ergonomic simulation, and validation methods to develop and verify design concepts
  使用3D建模、样机、人机工程仿真及验证方法，开发并验证设计方案
• Conduct usability studies, field observations, and operator evaluations to identify issues and drive design improvements
  开展可用性研究、现场观察及操作员评估，识别问题并推动设计改进
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and system engineering teams to integrate ergonomic requirements into machine development
  与机械、电气及系统工程团队协作，将人机工程要求融入整机开发过程
• Apply ergonomics standards, safety requirements, and internal engineering guidelines to ensure compliant and robust design outcomes
  应用人机工程标准、安全要求及内部工程规范，确保设计结果合规且可靠
• Support prototype build, testing, validation, root cause analysis, and design optimization activities
  支持样机搭建、测试验证、根因分析及设计优化工作
• Prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality ergonomic design outputs across multiple projects
  在多项目环境下合理安排优先级，并交付高质量的人机工程设计成果

Requirements / 任职要求：

 Demonstrated academic or practical foundation in Human Factors, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields
具备人机工程、机械工程、车辆工程等相关领域的专业知识基础或实践能力

 Ability to apply human factors, human-machine interaction, or operator environment design knowledge in industrial or vehicle-related scenarios
能够将人机工程、人机交互或操作环境设计知识应用于工业或车辆相关场景

 Working knowledge of ergonomics principles and capability to apply them to cab layout, control arrangement, and physical interaction design
掌握人机工程原理，并能够应用于驾驶室布局、操控布置及物理交互设计

 Strong systematic problem-solving capability, including issue identification, root cause analysis, and solution development
具备系统化问题解决能力，包括问题识别、根因分析及解决方案制定

 Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering stakeholders

 Capability to convert user insights and ergonomic requirements into engineering specifications, design concepts, and validation plans

 Understanding of product development processes and ability to support design work from concept definition to production launch
